Our Haven Foundation commissioned artist Gina Alexander to update the parking meters through Downtown Schuylkill Haven. Gina, aka Dream Genie, is a studio artist at the Walk In Art Center. The parking meters were originally done through town around seven years ago. Weather and sun have damaged a few through the years. The Our Haven Foundation saw the need to have them redone and used funds from fundraisers to get the job done.
