Fighter’s Heaven has launched its newest website. The site features information on the one-time training camp of Muhammad Ali, as a drone video takes you whirling through Fighter’s Heaven. First-time camp tourist, can meander the 5.5 acres, and enter the gym, where Ali trained. There tourists will find a photo gallery, along with the newest and latest videos. New for the 2021 season is the unveiling of the renovated Chalet, where Ali’s family stayed during his training sessions. Fighter’s Heaven is open to the public on weekends from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tourist can also arrange for a visit during the week, by contacting Fighter’s Heaven via email, the website or call 570-968-2961 for an appointment. There is no charge to visit. Groups are always welcome to one of Pennsylvania’s newest museums, which has received historical status from the Pennsylvania Historical and Preservation Society. Fighter’s Heaven reaches back into time when The Greatest trained in the rustic hillside of Schuylkill County. Fighter’s Heaven is easy to find via all major highways; 8.2 miles north of Cabela’s off of routes 61 and 78, and an easy ride from the Pocono Region down I81 traveling south.
